Chakra Reading & Sound Healing

In a One2One with me, we will have a chat about what brings you to this form of therapy, then I will play the two types of Bowls for you so that you can choose.

Lying on a massage couch, I will take a reading of your Chakras with a crystal pendulum then play your chosen bowls for you in a way that is prescriptive for your reading. You will also hear Koshi Chimes, a Rainstick and an Egg-Shaker!

Afterwards we will discuss how it felt for you and what the Chakra reading means for you.

Who will benefit from Chakra Balancing with Sound Healing?

Come for Sound Healing if you need help with any of these. 

The added bonus of understanding where your Chakra system is out of balance will help you to make further adjustments to lifestyle or doing some extra therapeutic work like Chakra Life Coaching.

• Stress and Anxiety Reduction: Sound baths lower cortisol levels and reduce feelings of tension, anger, and anxiety.
• Deep Physical Relaxation: The vibrations can reduce physical pain, improve circulation, and ease headaches or migraines.
• Improved Sleep: Regular sessions help regulate sleep patterns, assisting with insomnia and promoting deeper rest.
• Mental Clarity and Emotional Release: It helps clear mental clutter, boost focus, and provide a safe space to process and release emotions.
• Physiological Benefits: Sound therapy may lower heart rate, improve HRV (heart rate variability), and support immune health.
• Brainwave Entrainment: Frequencies can help move the brain into meditative states, enhancing focus and creativity. 

Please note that there are some contra-indications for Sound Healing:

• Sound Healing is not advisable for these specific conditions:
• First three months of Pregnancy or delicate Pregnancy
• Severe Mental Illness or PTSD – Sound can trigger strong emotions
• Epilepsy that is triggered by sound
• Currently undergoing Cancer treatment

• Thrombosis or Blood clots

   

• These conditions require caution with Sound Healing:
• Metal implants can sometimes be felt during the Sound Healing due to the dense material.
• Tinnitus can be accentuated and triggered by Sound Healing - earplugs recommended!
• Some conditions need time to improve and approval of your doctor eg recovery from a stroke, having a pacemaker fitted, wait for any ear infections to pass

In case of any of these conditions - you can still come for Chakra Balancing but I would advise having Reiki over each of the Chakras instead of the Singing Bowls.
