Welcome to OM YOGA 

If you want to do one thing for your health and wellbeing - physical, mental & emotional, start by going to a weekly yoga class!

Move your body, become aware of your breath, slow down and re-connect with who you really are.

So I always recommend a good place to start enhancing your well-being is to commit to a weekly yoga class, listen to meditations at home, light candles and incense, read uplifting books... let the world of healing, peace, mindfulness enter into your world.

Then hop into a Day Retreat to dive a bit deeper, meet other people on a similar quest... you will be amazed by their stories!

Why don't you also try a Gong Bath or Crystal Bowls, a One2One to understand your energy via the Chakras, come and sing at a Kirtan... try it all on and see what fits.

Whatever feels good, do more of it. If something doesn't resonate, let it go. Simples!

All the quick-fix promises in our age of social media and scrolling will not give you long term resilience, peaceful thoughts, a sense of calm, acceptance and non-judgement as much as beginning the life-long learning that is YOGA!

Yoga isn't complicated or hard work - it is an invitation to really feel into your body and move in a way that feels oh-so-good!
