WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Life Coaching is a form of talk therapy that puts you in the driving seat of your growth and future. It uncovers who you really are and who you always were meant to be. The style of coaching that I offer is client led and uses meditation and visualisation to seek answers from within. In Life Coaching you are invited to seek out the intuitive answers that will lead you to insights, memories and the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. 

• Are you feeling stuck in life or frustrated with patterns that repeat in your working life, home life or relationships, like a broken record?
• Or are you struggling with overwhelm, anxiety or chronic stress?
• Do you feel unsafe, disconnected or dis-empowered or hyper-independent?

If so, it could be that unconscious patterns and beliefs are running in the background of your awareness, like an out-of-date computer programme, and are creating emotions and / or behaviours that are difficult to change. 

WHY THE CHAKRAS?

The Chakras are the interface between the physical body and the energy around us. They act like transformers between the two. Prana – otherwise known as Life-force, Chi or Ki, runs through us like electricity and the Chakras manage this prana. Energy comes in from the outside world, is processed by the Chakras and sent to where it is needed or expressed outward again. 

The 7 main Chakras (there are lots of Chakras but we focus on the main seven that run along the central channel of the subtle body) are energetic containers for the seven aspects of life... from the Root at the base to the Crown at the top, we experience the main themes of Belonging, Feeling, Doing, Loving, Expressing, Thinking and Knowing. 

CHAKRA LIFE COACHING

I trained in Transformational life Coaching with Dr. Eve Agee and qualified in 2023. I loved the course and found the unique processes that she taught, and demonstrated, extraordinary in their effectiveness. I personally uncovered many limiting beliefs, and witnessed my classmates uncover and release old, suffocating patterns of behaviour and cultural conditioning.

So I took the processes learned, practised them on myself many times over, and could see an overlap in the beliefs that were surfacing and the Chakra system. Lack of self-worth? Solar Plexus Chakra! Unable to speak up for myself? Throat Chakra!... Over-thinking? Brow Chakra! ... Duh!!

So, how to bring the two philosophies together? As Anodea Judith says in her book Eastern Body Western Mind, 'The body is the vehicle, the consciousness the driver. Yoga is the path and the Chakras are the map.' 

I went back to the structure of Eve's Life Coaching system, and took out some of the information gathering techniques and brought in the Chakra wisdom here instead - as I think it gets to the issues quickly and intuitively. I created a questionnaire that uses Chakra themes as guide-posts and used my pendulum skills, learned on my Sound Healing course, to get a feel for what is going on in the subtle body and then edited the coaching processes to work directly into the subtle energy body to find, excavate, honour and release all that old and out-of-date programming.

I am not exaggerating when I say that it is TRANSFORMATIONAL!
