Yoga with Kate
Yoga has been a part of my life since 1999 when I first stepped onto a mat with Barbara Occleshaw and felt like I had come home. I trained to be a yoga and meditation teacher in 2011 -2015 the Dru centre here in North Wales, but I now teach Hatha and Restorative Yoga, and I always include meditation and Yoga Nidra in every class.

Yoga
Soon after I began a regular yoga class in 1999, I dreamed of being a Yoga Teacher! But I had to wait until 2011 to begin my TT at Dru Yoga in Bethesda.
I also soon signed up for trainings in Meditation, Reiki, Yin & Partner Yoga, and as I have moved into the menopause years, I also love to practise and teach Restorative Yoga.
I include Breathwork, Mudras and Yoga Nidra in every Yoga Class so come and roll out your mat with me soon!

- Thursdays - 10.00 - 11.30am at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno
- Thursdays - 12.30 - 2.00pm at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno
- Wednesdays - 6.30 - 8.00pm at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno

Outdoor sessions in a circle are popular and fun if you have good weather and a suitable space.
I also teach Restorative Yoga and I can bring with me with all the props for this specialist practice.
