Crystal Bowls

The pure sound of the quartz Crystal Bowls create an enchanting atmosphere at my two venues - Llanrhos Old School in Llandudno and St. Grwst Church in Llanrwst. The gable roof in both venues have great acoustics which carry the sounds all around your body in waves.

We will begin setting an intention for our practice, before melting into a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxatiion). A drum beat will settle the breath, percussion will settle the mind and the bowls will send healing frequencies through your whole body! 

As always at my evening events, you are invited to stay for herbal teas and sweet snacks after you have emerged out of your cocoon of rest.

Please note that there are some contra-indications for Sound Healing:

• Sound Healing is not advisable for these specific conditions:
• First three months of Pregnancy or delicate Pregnancy
• Severe Mental Illness or PTSD – Sound can trigger strong emotions
• Epilepsy that is triggered by sound
• Currently undergoing Cancer treatment

• Thrombosis or Blood clots

   

• These conditions require caution with Sound Healing:
• Metal implants can sometimes be felt during the Sound Healing due to the dense material.
• Tinnitus can be accentuated and triggered by Sound Healing - earplugs recommended!
• Some conditions need time to improve and approval of your doctor eg recovery from a stroke, having a pacemaker fitted, wait for any ear infections to pass

Private Bookings 

I can bring my Crystal Bowls and box of percussion instruments to your Retreat, Birthday party, Hen Party or Event.

I have a set of 11 Quartz Crystal Bowls and they are all tuned to the Chakras so your guests will get a Chakra tune-up as they snooze! 

At the start of the session, I will guide them into a Yoga NIdra with setting an intention, if that feels appropriate and at the end I walk around the room with percussion instruments to ground and bring them back to earth.
