Chakra Analysis
In this 2 hour Complete Chakra Analysis session, we will use three forms of information-gathering, in order to get a rounded view of what is going on energetically in your seven Energy Centres.
In this session, we will...
Look at your attitudes, values and beliefs to find out where you are blocking yourself from living the life you really want. By diagnosing how the subtle energy is moving within, we can work out which aspects of your life need your attention. This knowledge will be your springboard; you will know and how to begin bringing more balance into your inner world and outer life.
What You'll Come Away With...
An in-depth insight into where, in your seven Energy Centres, you have blocks, excess energy or depleted energy.
You will find out what your strongest and weakest Chakras are.
You will be guided through a meditation on each Chakra to get information that will help you - we will write these down!
You will have a recording of the same meditation to use at home to keep recording and checking in as you continue this personal development at home.

What to Expect...
1. Expect to go through a detailed questionnaire about your Outer world and Inner world to find initial areas of your life that require your attention.
2. Be prepared to have your Chakras read by crystal pendululm.
3. Sitting or lying, we will go through a meditation that gently introduces you to your Chakras and to notice any sensations, colours or emotions present. I will write these down and we will discuss them once you have out of the meditation.
4. Encouragement to go away with your new information, read, learn and make lots of small changes as you work with the Chakra system in your day to day life.
