Weekly Yoga with Kate

The style of yoga I teach is gentle, steady and light-hearted. We don't take ourselves too seriously. We focus on how we feel in a posture, not how it looks!

Each class is different but we will visit a theme for a few weeks, so that they take root and you will be able to call on them when they are needed off the mat!

My wish for you - as we practise together every week - is that the benefits of your practice ripple through all aspects of your life.

Kate's Yoga Class Schedule

  • Tuesdays - 10.00 - 11.30am at St. Grwst Church, Llanrwst
  • Thursdays - 10.00 - 11.30am  at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno
  • Thursdays - 12.30 - 2.00pm at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno
  • Wednesdays - 6.30 - 8.00pm at The Old School, Llanrhos, Llandudno

Single Class Ticket - £12.00. Buy a Class Pass - £65.00 for 6 Classes to be booked within 12 weeks.

I really look forward to my Wednesday yoga practice with Kate. I park outside and as I'm walking up the path I can smell the incense drifting out of the hall. I start to relax, my shoulders soften and my breath slows a little. I step inside to a warm, welcoming room, twinkly lights and soft music. I roll out my mat and lie down and I think - Thank goodness I'm here and thank goodness for Kate.
