Situated just above the crown of the head, The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is the gateway to the spiritual realm, connecting us to the divine energy that flows through the universe.
The Crown Chakra serves as a conductor of cosmic energy, funneling it into the entirety of our being.
This energy nourishes our mind, body and spirit, fostering a harmonious equilibrium that allows us to look beyond the confines of the material world.

Overly Attached. Stuck in worry and fear, Unable to see bigger picture.

What You Can Do to work with your Crown Chakra
Invite the divine to enter your life daily, through prayer or meditation or spending time in Nature.
Honour the connection you currently have, and truth will open the door to greater levels of connection.
Why Does it Work?
Fear, anxiety, and anger shut down our connection to the divine. This is one reason we meditate or use techniques that allow us to release emotions that otherwise block the light coming down through the crown chakra.
